Ralph Lauren's APAC L&D leadership team, with leaders covering markets from Japan to Australia, brought three real challenges to a 90 minute session in Tokyo. AI fluency in the room ranged from daily users to people who had barely touched it.
The session moved from what an agent actually is, in plain language, to the heart of the method: capturing expertise in a file an agent can run on. The room watched a working agent built from one such file, then designed their own, choosing what each should know and which flagged challenge it would take on. It closed with a preview of agentic AI, the kind that works while your team sleeps.
