AI Training
Ralph Lauren
A 90 minute AI session in Tokyo for the APAC L&D leadership team, with leaders covering markets from Japan to Australia. The team brought real challenges, learned in plain language what AI agents are, watched a working agent built from a single expertise file, and designed their own agents to take those challenges on.
Relocation Training
Bosch
Cultural transition training for professionals relocating from Germany to Japan, in partnership with Cross Culture Academy. Each delegate moves through three live sessions, from how culture works, to the Japanese workplace, to the first 90 days of daily life, with tracks for families, couples, and solo movers.
Executive Development
Pentax Medical
A full day Practice Lab for the executive team: three hands on labs built around real executive emails, practicing raising issues early, giving feedback that lands, and making decisions without assumptions. Practice over theory, closing with commitments each leader takes back to the floor.
